In case there is some duplicate payment made by the user, we provide refund for the duplicate payment.
Once the services have been availed, i.e., the assessment has been undertaken, there can be no refunds or cancellation done
as it's an online and real time product. However, if the payment has been made but no services including creation of profile
and/or assessment has not been undergone, then, the user may request for the cancellation by writing to
email@example.com. Please mention the tranaction ID and all personal details. All refund post cancellation will be subject to the deduction of
payment gateway charges and taxes.
